Senior Project Manager

Lecureux SA is a leading provider of automated assembly and testing systems for the watchmaking and medical industries. All our products are developed and assembled in-house.

 

As part of the further development of our activities, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to fully manage complex technical projects, from the offer phase to final acceptance at the customer's site.

    • Management of extensive technical projects while ensuring quality, costs and deadlines.

    • Role as main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project

    • Analysis of customer needs and proposal of suitable technical solutions

    • Creation and presentation of technical-commercial offers

    • Validation of the technical specifications and requirements documents

    • Coordination of internal teams: production, quality, purchasing, R&D, assembly and commissioning

    • Monitoring of the assembly, commissioning and customer acceptance phases

    • Maintaining supplier relationships, conducting tenders and following up on orders

    • Ensuring customer service, processing improvement suggestions and solving problems

    • Ensuring the proper management of customer files, technical reports and project documentation

    • They have a higher technical education, e.g. as an engineer (FH/ETH), technician (ES) or an equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by training in project management.

    • They have in-depth experience in managing complex technical or industrial projects, ideally in the fields of automation, special machine construction, microtechnology, watchmaking, medical technology or in a demanding industrial environment.

    • They are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decisions, anticipate risks, and efficiently coordinate internal and external contacts.

    • They are characterized by a strong customer focus, excellent analytical skills, and negotiation skills. Thanks to their natural leadership qualities, meticulousness, and independence, they can drive projects forward in a structured and efficient manner.

    • Solid experience in the management of industrial projects

    • Excellent technical knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, automation, industrial systems or special-purpose machinery

    • Ability to understand and question technical specifications

    • Experience in customer contact and supplier management

    • Confident handling of the creation of offers, technical reports and project documents

    • Leadership skills and excellent communication skills

    • A keen sense for priorities, costs, deadlines, and quality.

    • Fluent French; knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.

Design Engineer in the field of microtechnology

Lecureux SA is a leading provider of assembly and testing automation systems for the watchmaking and medical industries. All our products are developed and assembled in-house.

 

As part of the expansion of our business activities, we are looking for a: Design Engineer in the field of microtechnology for the conception, development and optimization of precision mechanical systems for our special machines and automation solutions.

    • Design and development of high-precision mechanical assemblies and subassemblies

    • Conducting feasibility studies, creating technical concepts and preliminary designs

    • Creation of drawings, manufacturing documents and parts lists

    • Participation in the development of innovative solutions for automation, assembly and testing systems

    • Close collaboration with the teams from the areas of project management, production, assembly, purchasing and R&D

    • Technical support for projects from design to commissioning

    • Participation in design meetings, risk analyses and technical validations

    • Optimization of designs taking into account costs, quality, deadlines, manufacturing and assembly

    • Technical support for internal teams and project managers

    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of products, processes and design standards

    • They have a university degree in microtechnology, mechanical engineering, industrial design or a comparable field, for example as an engineer (FH/ETH), technician (HF) or an equivalent qualification.

    • They have in-depth experience in precision mechanical design, ideally in the fields of microtechnology, special machine construction, automation, watchmaking, medical technology or in a demanding industrial environment.

    • They are proficient in 3D CAD tools and are familiar with the creation of technical drawings, mechanical dimensioning, material selection, and the requirements relating to manufacturing and assembly.

    • You work precisely, independently, creatively, and with a solution-oriented approach. Thanks to your analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities, you develop reliable, precise solutions tailored to customer needs.

    • Extensive experience in mechanical and microtechnical design

    • Excellent knowledge in the field of mechanical precision systems

    • Safe handling of 3D CAD software

    • Good understanding of manufacturing, processing and assembly processes

    • Ability to develop robust, reliable and industrially deployable solutions

    • Confident handling of reading and writing technical documentation

    • Analytical thinking skills, diligence, and attention to detail

    • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

    • Fluent French; knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
