4-position watch hands fitting machine

Our device allows for the semi-automatic placement of hands onto a clock movement in up to four positions. Precise positioning, controlled insertion force, and optional video monitoring ensure highly accurate and repeatable hand placement. The automated systems guarantee that each hand is centered on its pivot while simultaneously controlling the insertion force.

Our 4-position pointer setting device is also available as an automation solution, available in our Author and BOA conveyor solutions.

5-position winding machine

Winding cycles for 5 clock movements simultaneously

Discover our 5-position elevator machine.

Up to five watches (without straps) or watch movements (depending on the tooling configuration) can be wound simultaneously, according to the selected torque (from 0.2 to 4.5 Ncm) and speed (from 50 to 500 rpm) settings. During the winding process, the minimum and maximum torque are continuously monitored. If any errors are detected, the winding process is stopped and the recorded values are displayed. Custom-made clamping devices and collets ensure the integrity of the machined parts. For greater compatibility with all crown shapes, the machine can be equipped with 3-jaw collets instead of the custom-made collets.

Our 5-position clamping machine is also available for our Author and BOA conveyor solutions.

LecControl

Take control

Achieve unprecedented control over anchor exhaust mechanisms with our new LecControl measuring device.

Equipped with a modern and powerful vision system, it effectively measures the clamping of the wings on the exhaust wheel.

Coupled with the latest generation of recognition algorithms, the LecControl enables the alternating processing of two work areas and the easy achievement of reliable and precise results with optimized cycle times.

The special attention paid to the user interface makes setting up and reading the results quick and easy.

With its robust design and reliability, the LecControl can also be integrated into an automated production environment.

Deviation or tolerance control

Our device enables the semi-automatic measurement of gear backlash in a watch movement, processing one movement at a time. The precise positioning of the movement, automated control of the measurement sequence and video monitoring (optional) ensure highly accurate backlash measurements and excellent repeatability. The integrated measurement systems ensure reliable and reproducible control of the axial clearances of each gear, thereby contributing to the quality control of watch movements.

Our table-top clearance testing machine is also available as an automation solution and can be integrated into our Author and BOA conveyor systems.

HSM1708 watch hands fitting machine

The HSM1708 allows for the semi-automatic placement of hands onto a watch movement at a workbench or fully automatic placement on an assembly line. Precise positioning, controlled insertion force, and video monitoring ensure highly accurate and repeatable hand placement. The automated systems guarantee that each hand is centered on its pivot while simultaneously controlling the insertion force. A comprehensive tooling system enables the assembly of all types of hands and movements (calibers), as well as the adjustment of eccentric hands (chronograph counters).
