CELLS

Automated cell

Discover our fully automated manufacturing cell. This sophisticated machine enables the execution of various assembly processes. The cell accommodates up to 10 workstations arranged around a rotary table, allowing for a wide range of applications. Because the system operates completely autonomously, an operator is only required for loading and unloading components.

From component assembly and needle sorting to screwing, lubrication, welding, and flanging, a wide range of applications are possible. These can be used alone or in combination with our Author conveying solutions.

Timing station

Fully automated and secure quality control

​

The timing cell enables the setting and verification of the performance of a mechanical watch movement or watch head. The tests can be fully configured for each component type according to the installed measuring instruments. The powerful scheduler can manage several different tests in parallel. The cell functions as a secure cabinet in which the components under test cannot be touched until the end of the cycle.

​

The parts are ejected only at the end of the test. If desired, parts that are outside the tolerance range can be ejected earlier. All results are saved in the local database. Thanks to the powerful and intuitive HMI interface, the machine is easy to operate.

Integration into a production line is facilitated by the cell's sophisticated design and compact construction. The modular design allows for customized adaptation (loading and unloading).
